We are growing and are looking for two experienced and ambitious Senior Software Engineers with drive and a passion for creating outstanding solutions! What you will do

You will work in a multicultural agile team with dedicated passionate colleagues to develop digital products using the latest technology and techniques. We put a lot of emphasis on continuous learning, innovation and expect you to actively contribute.

 

The skills you bring

  • A BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, with a strong foundation in software engineering principles
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in software development, with proven leadership in complex, large-scale projects
  • A deep passion for technology, with hands-on expertise in modern platforms and stacks such as Azure, AWS, TypeScript, React, C# .NET Core, and Java – along with a strong ability to assess and introduce new technologies as needed
  • Mastery of software development best practices, including TDD, CI/CD, code reviews, version control, and agile delivery
  • Strong experience in defining and enforcing technical architecture standards, system security, performance optimization, and scalable design patterns
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional agile teams, collaborating across product, UX, and architecture disciplines to drive software from MVP to full production scale
  • Extensive experience in designing and building cloud-native applications and services that run reliably and efficiently at scale

 

Experience in below is an advantage

  • Proficiency in GUI and UX development, with an eye for creating intuitive, accessible user experiences
  • Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and performance considerations
  • Experience in mentoring and coaching developers at all levels, fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and high-quality engineering
  • Ability to influence technical strategy, evaluate trade-offs, and align solutions with long-term business goals
