We are  to announce an opportunity for a seasoned Senior R&D Project Leader to join our dynamic and innovative team in Sweden. With a deep commitment to maintaining our position as a market leader, we are looking for an exceptional individual to be a strong advocate for our future software architecture roadmap. This role offers the chance to be at the forefront of technological advancements, driving critical projects that will shape the future of our industry and impact our global presence.

 

What you will do:

  • Lead and manage R&D projects with a focus on software architecture development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and technological advancements.
  • Advocate for and drive the future software architecture roadmap to maintain our market leadership.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in software development processes.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

 

The skills you bring:

  • Over 10 years of experience in R&D project leadership, with a proven track record of success in software architecture development.
  • A strong understanding of the Swedish system development culture, and the ability to adapt and thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, enabling you to effectively advocate for and implement strategic initiatives.
  • A passion for technology and innovation, with a natural enjoyment of challenges related to future software architecture.
  • The ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address project challenges proactively.
