What Will I Be Doing at Ericsson?

•    Focus on digital transformation and AI-powered solutions within Group Sourcing.

•    Drive innovation and work on data-driven solutions to enhance procurement processes and tools, optimizing efficiency, enhance user experience, ensuring compliance and reducing costs.

•    Lead initiatives to integrate AI and machine learning into procurement workflows, contributing to AI-driven sourcing models.

•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve internal sourcing tools and automation solutions.

 

What Makes GO Beyond Different?

•    Permanent Role with a 12-months program: Start in Group Sourcing, rotate to another business unit, and return to Group Sourcing as your permanent base.

•    Global teamwork and exposure to cutting-edge data and digitalization technologies.

Who Thrives in This Program?

We are looking for innovators who can make an impact through data and digital solutions. You should have:

 

•    1-3 years of experience in automation, digitalization, or Gen AI.

•    A background in Gen AI, data, digitalization, or intelligent automation

•    Experience with AI tools, agentic AI frameworks, or scripting/API integration (e.g. LangChain, GPT, CrewAI, Llama, n8n)

•    Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Snowflake) and digital ecosystems

•    Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

•    Comfortable working with modern AI technologies, APIs, or automation platforms

Your GO Beyond Journey

•    First 6 months: Work in Group Sourcing, developing data-driven solutions and improving procurement tools with AI and machine learning.

•    Next 6 months: Rotate to another unit to broaden your experience in strategic transformation initiatives.

•    Permanent Role: Return to Group Sourcing and contribute to AI-powered sourcing and digital procurement strategies.
