What Will I Be Doing at Ericsson?

You’ll join a team working on real business challenges, reshaping Ericsson's operations.

As a Digital Transformation Associate, you will play an integral role in reshaping Ericsson's operations by contributing to large-scale digital transformation initiatives. This is not an observational role—you will be directly involved in modernising systems, enhancing cloud-based solutions, and driving AI and automation integration.

Throughout this journey, you will be exposed to cutting-edge technologies, receive training in digital transformation strategies, and gain hands-on experience in Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement. You will be supported by mentors and peers who will provide guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.

As part of the program, you’ll also have the opportunity to learn Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement.

Mentors and buddies who provide guidance and feedback will support you throughout your journey.

In your first few months, you’ll engage in meaningful work and learn to apply the latest tools and techniques.

As you progress, you’ll expand your skill set and build relationships across departments while contributing to more significant digital initiatives at Ericsson.

  • Permanent Role with a 12-month program: Start in Digital Transformation, rotate through another business unit, then return to your permanent role.

Your GO Beyond Journey

  • First 6 months: Focus on Cloud IT adoption, AI, and automation to drive transformation.

  • Permanent Role: After the rotation, return to your permanent base and work on high-impact digital transformation projects.
