What Will I Be Doing at Ericsson?

You’ll join a team shaping Ericsson's data architecture to ensure seamless integration across our IT operations.

You’ll design and manage data solutions aligning with business goals and IT capabilities, working on data integration, data flows, and modelling. You won’t just be involved in the technical aspects—you’ll be a critical player in aligning the enterprise data model, ensuring data governance and operational efficiency.

In your first few months, you’ll build relationships with internal stakeholders and get hands-on experience with data architecture and enterprise IT systems. As you progress, you’ll contribute to designing solutions that can evolve with Ericsson's ever-changing business landscape.

You’ll also have access to cutting-edge AI-driven tools, cloud platforms, and automation frameworks, and you'll learn to navigate complex data environments.

You will also benefit from mentorship and structured learning programs, which will prepare you for a future Solution or Enterprise Architect role.

 

What Makes GO Beyond Different?

  • Permanent Role with a 12-month program: Start in EIT Core Operations, rotate to another business unit, and return to EIT Core Operations as your permanent base.
  • Exposure to leadership and hands-on involvement in data architecture, integration, and analytics projects.
  • Global teamwork with colleagues across Sweden, India, and other locations.

 

Your GO Beyond Journey

  • First 6 months: Focus on understanding Ericsson’s enterprise data needs, designing data assets to meet business demands, and aligning data architecture with existing IT infrastructure.
  • Next 6 months: Rotate to another unit and work on broader strategic initiatives related to data management, modelling, and evolving data products.
  • Permanent Role: Return to EIT Core Operations as a data strategy and architecture leader.
