Welcome to GO Beyond—Ericsson’s flagship early-career rotational program designed to develop the next generation of problem solvers, innovators, and changemakers with 1-3 years of experience. You’ve made an impact in your first role, and now you’re ready for the next challenge—something dynamic, fast-paced, and built for real career growth.

 

What Will I Be Doing at Ericsson?

You’ll join a team working on some of the most complex and cross-functional challenges at Ericsson.

You’ll be part of the GFGO Strategy Team, where your primary focus will be supporting key transformation initiatives related to Generative AI, Agentic AI, and business flows.

In your first few months, you’ll familiarise yourself with Ericsson’s transformation goals and start supporting the team with strategic analysis and framework development.

As you progress, you’ll help develop execution plans and strategic options and engage with cross-functional teams to address roadblocks in key transformations, including AI and new operating models.

This role offers you an opportunity to shape and drive digital and intelligent operations within a global company while gaining exposure to AI technologies and strategic decision-making at a high level.

  • Permanent Role with a 12-month program: Start in the GFGO Strategy Team, rotate to another business unit, and return to your permanent role.
  • Exposure to leadership and hands-on involvement in strategy development and transformation initiatives.

Your GO Beyond Journey

  • First 6 months: Familiarize yourself with key transformation initiatives and support strategy development efforts related to AI and operational models.
  • Next 6 months: Rotate to another business unit to broaden your experience in an area that aligns with your role and interests, providing exposure to new projects and challenges that complement your work in the home unit.
  • Permanent Role: Return to GFGO Strategy Team to lead and support digital transformations and AI-driven strategy.

 

Who Thrives in This Program?

We are looking for a strategic thinker ready to tackle complex problems and work in a dynamic environment. You should have:

  • 1-3 years of experience in strategic analysis, business transformation, or consulting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for AI and business transformation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across diverse teams.
